Please see below our school news. We have lots going on throughout the year!
As part of their WW2 topic, P5 have been visualising the cover of 'Goodnight Mr Tom' before reading it as a shared text. They have worked brilliantly!
And… ACTION! ðŸŽâœ¨
On Thursday afternoon, we brought the story of Elmer to life through drama! The children had great fun retelling the story, taking on different roles, and using their voices, actions, and expressions to recreate key events. It was wonderful to see their creativity, confidence, and teamwork shine as they immersed themselves in the colourful world of Elmer.
There was lots of excitement in P3/4 as we took our maths learning outdoors! Through fun, active challenges, the children explored numbers by comparing them and finding which numbers were greater than or less than a given number. Working together, they developed their confidence, mathematical thinking, and problem-solving skills while enjoying the fresh air and outdoor environment. A fantastic day of learning, teamwork, and fun!
