Welcome

Pupil Voice

We believe that every child’s voice matters.

Our School Council provides pupils with a genuine platform to express their views, share ideas, and actively contribute to decisions that shape our school community.

The School Council is made up of elected representatives from Primary 4 to Primary 7.  Council members meet regularly to discuss issues raised by their classmates, propose improvements, and work collaboratively on projects that benefit the whole school.

Our School Council is involved in a wide range of activities, from contributing to policy development and suggesting improvements to playtime and classroom resources, to helping to organise fundraising events and charity initiatives.

Pupils have the opportunity to share their opinions on matters that affect their daily school life, knowing that their views are valued and taken seriously by staff and governors.

Through participation in the School Council, pupils develop essential skills including communication, critical thinking, debate, and leadership. They learn that their opinions matter and that they have the power to make positive changes within their school community.

We are committed to listening to our pupils and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered to speak up, contribute ideas, and take an active role in making our school the best it can be.
