Primary 6/7 have been learning all about the Famine. We learned about how many people lived during this time. We used water colours to create famine cottages.
We have been looking at persuasive writing. Can we persuade you to visit our workhouse?
We learned about emigration during the famine and created our own shipping adverts.
We created comics based on our novel - Under The Hawthorn Tree
